Speaking about numbers, yesterday I was watching the Video of a seminar with Mark Fisher, arguable the most power floor trader in the NYMEX, and in one of the videos, he call down to the floor to one of his traders and ask him what he was expecting for the EIA report (that was in 2006), and he said: "We are expecting a build of 3.1 million barrels, we are staying sideways, until announcement, but 30 seconds before the report is announce people already star jumping in" then Fisher said : "They already know then, uh?" He answer yes.

We always the conspiracy theory that the big boys knows the numbers before release, my question, do you believe that if this is true can we have a clue base on price action before the report comes out?
