The api #s come out at 430est every tuesday. They are grey since reporting is optional.
The eia #'s come out on Wednesday at 1030est.
These are the true #'s since reporting to the eia is mandatory.
If its a holiday week they both come out 1day later
Truth be told, I don't. I believe that if the fundamentals are significant enough, they will show up on the chart. Keep in mind that the official inventory is released by the EIA tomorrow. For the last 3 weeks, the two inventory numbers have moved the market in different directions following their release. Frankly, these weekly numbers are hocus-pocus in my eyes.Quote from wutang:
