About as dumb as your post on republicans stopping criminals with guns. The US already spends more on police than any other developed nation.Not only aren't the problems avoided, they only get worst

I agree.Only requirements for most police is HS diploma and 4-6 months training.Thats why most cops are unskilled losers who became a cop for a middle class salary with only a HS diploma,cowards who have been bullied all their life and racist who want to hurt minorities with no consequences.
I fully support higher salaries for qualified people.Federal law enforcement like The FBI,DEA etc don't kill,brutalize and violate peoples constitutional rights anywhere near the levels of local cops.But those jobs generally require a college degree and pay around 100,000 a year so the applicants and agents are much better than the HS diploma only needed crowd.
