I use the older version of this software, before it was sold to e-signal.
The software is basically used for determining the wave count in an Elliott Wave sequence.

Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. It usually works better on a daily chart.
In my case, I just use it as a tool with some other indicators that I have developed myself to give me confirmation on a trade.
Using the Elliott wave software gives me a higher probability that a trade will go my way.
I also use Tradestation, e-signal, and some other proprietary software for my analysis of the market.
