Hi Hanna,

I actually trade with FXCM as well. I trade on the no dealing desk platform and my orders go straight through to the banks. Slippage simply means the banks could not fill you at the price you wanted and it's normal in if you trade during volatile conditions and really has nothing to do with the firm but with the bastard banks. Trust me, I've tried a lot of market makers and it will happen with them all.
