the trend line is getting a wee bit steep !

meanwhile ... on the 5 minute chart that trendline

in the Euro is also steep !

buy / sell ?

the pit only traded a low of 1.2944

My chart also shows a spike down in H05 EUR futures to 1.2936 but don't know if spot spiked down or not --think it could be a bad print??
 
especially if they are all copycatting each other

and there was a determined effort push the Euro

late in the yr as high as it could go in thin conditions ...

new yr ... 1st 2 weeks is important time frame

remains to be seen how long Euro
the macro fundamental guys still
are while the trend followers are short based on the numbers ...

Well Bush didn't mention much last night about remeding the structural problems (only about ridding the world of evil) - looks like the market might correct the sell off a bit now.

Not looking good for 1.40 anymore - although you never know...
