Well, they're in a relatively wealthy country with plenty of opportunities. Poverty over many generations doesn't make sense unless it's a war zone. Would you say countries like Poland or Romania had it easier in the past three decades? They've seen extreme poverty and starvation isn't unheard of. Yet they don't complain day in, day out.
Racism is a poor excuse, racism exists everywhere, you cannot define your life by it. In a true racist society, you would have segregation when in reality there are plenty of wealthy blacks in the top 1%.
Education, I'm not a huge believer in education creating productive people. It's simply an enabler, you cannot take an idiot, give him an education and assume he'd do well.
Equal opportunities, you're right, in many areas they have advantages (universities for example). There will never be equality, never has been, and it has nothing to do with skin color. You can find anecdotal cases where it happens but when it comes to bottom line, it's irrelevant.
I see Europeans leaving for US and money isn't their complaint ever. I'm not talking about the smartest people either, just barely average. In fact they can afford a decent life and have savings. Consider that I'm talking about immigrants who aren't even fluent in the language.

True but class sizes,tutoring,school supplies,computers,extra curricular activities etc are much better in white schools than black schools

School supplies you buy yourself, so you have what you can afford. Tutoring comes from your parent's pocket and rarely can people afford it.
The people who graduated rarely ended up as dealers or thugs, most are fairly average.
Bottom line, school or education quality doesn't force anyone into thug life. It can harm your chances in life but will not define you.

Also. We can play "what would you do". If I lived in the Chicago ghettos, I'd save a few weeks rent (don't tell me it's impossible), buy a bus ticket anywhere where I want to go and can afford to live. Unemployment is rising but there are still jobs. In a more major city you will land on something. Then I'd forget about the slum life forever. Better option than getting shot.
