Maxpi, I'm a reader of Bill Sardi's site also. Do you know if the joints on chicken bones contain hyaluronic acid. Since I was a kid I've eaten the ends off the chicken bones. If there is any hyaluronic acid in the bones it wasn't enough for me, my joints are shot from years of construction and weight lifting and/or genetics. I've taken the hyaluronic acid for a several months and haven't noticed any improvement in my joints or skin.
Purity Products makes the HA from rooster combs. I started with a double dose and after 5 weeks morning knee stiffness was gone. Bill Sardi says that the requirement can vary with the individual, I upped the dose to 4 capsules a while back, seems about right. I was really HA deficient due to genetics, you may not be at all.
HA has to be taken in the morning, your body gets rid of the excess at night, if you take it late in the day it might actually increase morning knee stiffness.
I had a knee sprain for months recently. Nothing did much good, it was getting worse actually. Walking was nearly impossible. A few days ago I recalled that I had some OXYHGH growth hormone enhancer on the shelf so I started taking it mornings and evenings, I'm nearly 100% with the knee now. These so called enhancers actually have bovine growth hormone in them for the most part, pure magic for an old guy.
I like to use the HGH to mimic nature. A person would normally get a big spike upwards to the HGH level at night if they had a really good workout that day. I take my little workout, not enough most likely, to really spike the HGH level, then I take the enhancer about 9pm before I turn in. It makes a huge difference. I would not take HGH all the time, it can cause cancer to spread if taken in fairly large doses over an extended period.
The dairy product suggestion might be an excellent one, I think I'm going to switch to goat stuff here pretty soon.
Another suggestion for joints is to get some Gelatin powder from the local grocery store, I get Knox brand in little packets and take a packet a day, I've always done that when I was hurting, it seems to help with soft tissue damage, I started that the same day I started the HGH so maybe I really don't know which one is making the difference, maybe they work together really well. at this point I don't care much, if it works it works...
