its actually the opposite, countless hours of watching/trading screen time. As the years pass it becomes harder and harder to sit, drawing the lines helps, and its actually meditative. It creates future probabilities of predicting 'outliers' for entry.

Moca/2 shots of espresso, and industrial music/techno would sync the brain waves to delta. And you 'fly' transcend price. Empty stomach promotes ghrelin release, increasing mental acuity further.
