As noted in the comments in the Twitter thread. The population in the chart was based on the 2010 Census numbers --- over a decade old. So -- the claim that 110% of the population of Sunset Park, NY and other locations got the first vaccine dose is absolutely false.
Similarly if people in nearby areas went to a location to get vaccinated -- for example to the nearby town or county -- they get counted in that town or county's figures despite coming from elsewhere. Many times the nearest medical facility or vaccine clinic location to get vaccinated is not in the person's home town/county-- especially in rural areas.
