Thank-you for posting this.
Please understand I am in no way saying what Martin Luther posted on the door is in keeping with the New Testament. (Martin Luther was a Catholic priest and his posting was to have the Catholic Church correct the false practices he believed it that had fallen into - that is
Luther, a priest, wanted to reform the Catholic Church)
In your point 1 you have deleted:
" For whatever we tolerated in the past unknowingly - and I myself was unaware of it - will be pardoned by God. But if we, now that we are informed, were to protect and shield such a house for the Jews, existing right before our very nose, in which they lie about, blaspheme, curse, vilify, and defame Christ and us (as was heard above), it would be the same as if we were doing all this and even worse ourselves, as we very well know. "
I think this is his rational: Jews do not believe that Jesus was the Christ, from God and resurrected (1).
Indeed the Jews were the ones who had Jesus crucified and after his (physical body's) death - hunted down and crucified any who believed in Jesus (2).
1. The New testament does say that those who deny this are antichrists.
"Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist—denying the Father and the Son. "

2.
1Meanwhile, Saul was still breathing out murderous threats against the disciples of the Lord. He approached the high priest 2and requested letters to the synagogues in Damascus, so that if he found any men or women belonging to the Way, he could bring them as prisoners to Jerusalem.

If Jesus had not intervened and converted Saul (a Pharisee) there would not have been any disciples left and all Jesus's work, pain and sacrifice would have been for nothing. No one would know of his great gift of salvation to those who believe.
"On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!”

Where many labeling themselves as Christians go wrong is not actually bothering to read the 4 gospels themselves. Jesus makes it very clear that "believing" in him includes following his teachings,
the Way.
Those who love me follow my commandments. And those who simply say
"Lord, Lord" heal sick and cast out demons - but do not follow his teachings - Jesus will say
get away from me evil-doers I never knew you.
One of Jesus's teachings/commandments is that you should not try to mix his teachings - the Way- the New Testament - with the old.
"36He told them this parable: “No one tears a piece out of a new garment to patch an old one. Otherwise, they will have torn the new garment, and the patch from the new will not match the old. 37And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the new wine will burst the skins; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. 38No, new wine must be poured into new wineskins. 39And no one after drinking old wine wants the new, for they say, ‘The old is better.’ ”

So not only here but in many places he says the Old testament - the Jews bible is finished, as one commentator said: "The Old testament was nailed to the cross along with Jesus."
Jesus makes it very clear - you must follow his teachings, not the Jews bible. Some examples are:
It is written - eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth but I say love those who hate you. For if you only love those who love you are you any different than the pagans?
Do not judge others - only God is the judge and he has given all power of judgement to me and I not not judge.
Do not pray in public. Do not be like the Pharisees who pray in the public but go into your closet/bedroom and close the door and speak to the Father from your heart.
Do not make a show of giving. Give in secret. Do not let the left hand know what the right hand is doing. For the Father who sees all things will reward you, but if you give publicly so that men may see your righteousness you have already had your reward.
Do not criticize others. Why say 'Brother let me take out the speak in your eye, when you have a log in your own eye. You hypocrite! Take out the log from your own eye so you may see to help your brother.'
Be humble. When you come to a dinner do not take one of the best places for yourself. Take a lower place, and then when the host comes he will say 'Friend, come I have a much better place for you.
Do not look down on others thinking yourself more righteous. Story of the two who prayed in the temple and the sinner would not even raise his head but the priest said "look at that sinner, I am glad I am not like him' Surely I say to you the prayers of the sinner will be heard and not the priest.
.... and so on. - but then the 4 gospels are that long so everyone who wants to know what Jesus taught, it is there for the reading.

So as you can see from what you posted Luther is back digging about in the rubbish bin and trying to "pour new wine in the old wine skin". So it is
not just Luther, a Catholic priest doing this, it is also done by other denominations.
He is referring to a book of hate and wrath and vengeance (old wine), and not what Jesus taught (the new wine). The Way.
