you been 'playing around' messing around for 2 years. right? on demo account?

A demo account and real account is the differnce between 'fiction' and non-fiction or real thing instead of virtual reality.

in real trading, you have panics, and euphoria etc, pain. joy, fear. etc.whic makes us human..fear makes us doing crazy things. fear is the only thing you need to fear. people kill when they are scared.
 
If you are so good, why don't you sell your trading signals? There are several social trading services in which you can sell your signals to innocent retails....

%% I like demo/paper trading; but that is about 1 thing out of 100 or 200.Learn to invest first + trade part of your profits...…………………………………………………………………………………………………. QQQ do tend to do much better than SPY; but an 80% drawdown , in QQQ is much different than demo. Buy or borrow some books also; wisdom is profitable to direct.

It's better to inquire with your college office because most of prop firms wants to see some results on live, for example for 3-4 months before they will risk to award you with money.
 
You could take any decent strategy, be it based on technical or fundamental analysis. What’s most important is how you manage your trading lots.

Agreed, that is why our demo winnings differ so much from what we get on our live accounts. Demo is good for understanding the basic working, but what majorly affects our traders, that is our emotions, can be dealt with only when we stake our funds at risk.
 
yeah and emotions permeate to analysis which creates errors in trading strategies, which puts them under a doubt. It's a kind of tangled problem so I think automated trading is a good solution.

Absolutely! What one can do is while demo trading he should trade on a real account side by side, o get a better view of it.
