It has nothing to do with Mueller's competence, he has the wind at his back in this case. Had he been investigating the aforementioned, it would have been like he was on the Edmund Fitzgerald.

Or you know, Trump and his cronies did commit a lot of crimes. It's easier to indict when there are actual crimes instead of keyboard detectives throwing out wild conspiracies.
