Just give me 100k and in 1 year I will give you 150k. I will do this year after year. I won't tell you how and you can't ask any questions. If I fail to give you the full 150K you can take my house :D

Whatever happened to that Mercenary Trader guy? He was going to allocate billions to fellow ETers. :)

LOL-- atleast these guys seem to offer a real, unique, quantitative service for allocation. The value of it is up to debate, but it seems legit. I still can't figure out the value add of the other guy you mentioned beyond platitudes and clever advertising.

Just draw against your house?

..

I see this is connected to Gleneagle... Interesting idea. Rumors that they're a creative bunch.

Interesting thread. I second a previous post that it would be better not having to reveal the trade records. Daily p&l should be enough for you to generate rapa scores.

It would be enough to generate more than 97% of our score, but I would argue not enough to make an allocation. An investor needs to know more than just the raw closing numbers.

Like I said, Rapa is nothing new. They use to have a "Big Guy" who had a stable of traders. Brokers use to go to him and check out his traders. The deal was, if you could sell one of his traders to a client, the broker (me) got the commissions, the trader got a cut and the the "Big Man" got a cut.

Evaluation of a strategy would be somewhat qualitative I would think, how do you convert that into a score?

Pls explain me how the remaining 3% you expect would be able to get from the trade details (entry time/exit/lot size) would help the investor to decide? And what mechanism you have that this data will not be used to reverse engineer the strategy?

Thanks
