Solution: when you start TWS, choose a different directory instead of the default c:\jts, then it will work but you wont have your layouts.
They said they should have it fixed by tommorow.
I have multiple accounts with them and only 1 was doing it, so its something on their end.
I also have accounts with other brokers now.![]()
i just relogin couple hours later and everything is fine.didn't touch directories or settings.
