Can't access IB anyone else having probs?

just got off the phone, its a known issue (although it doesn't show on their system status);
symptom: You can login but all positions are ?? and there is no menu bar.
Solution: when you start TWS, choose a different directory instead of the default c:\jts, then it will work but you wont have your layouts.
They said they should have it fixed by tommorow.
I have multiple accounts with them and only 1 was doing it, so its something on their end.
I also have accounts with other brokers now.
