Can olive oil really reduce the risk of death from dementia?

Food points.
I think the best are the non-commercial.
In olive oil you have good years and bad years.
Last year in the Mediterranean, harvest was really bad, hence the overdue price spike. Price has been stable for decades.

Taste wise, I have a friend who produces and he likes the same things you do, the bitterness and tingly sensation.
But there are different types of olives, and different way of harvesting.

Handpicked cold pressed is the way to go, then some olive quality produce better extra virgin than others in terms of flavour and colour.

I was in a greek island last week, Kefalonia, and WOW!
I am myself from the south of Italy, but Greece makes me wonder. Olive trees 20 mt away from the sea shore! Vineyards too... Greece is a different world, blessed by Zeus. And the flavours... As good as the people there.
I meant good points... No food points :D

The study suggesting olive oil reduces dementia risk is promising, but not definitive. Also read at the article that mediterranean diet benefits are well-documented, including olive oil's role in brain health. Always consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

... and the healthcare professional will GOOGLE for info before giving you personalized advice.

By the way, are you a bot?
What stage are you in?
You are definitely not in the generative AI stage.
I guess you are somewhere in the earlier part of the machine-learning stage.
After that, you have to do Deep Learning.

LOL sounds more like a human;
sounds right , regardless of how his or her brain-learning works.
0live oil is such a hi %% healthy food / does matter the exact % on dementia.
NOT a prediction+ not insured by any federal agency:D:D

We received a set of handy pump spray bottles for various oils like olive, avocado, grapeseed, and sunflower oil. They've been so useful for years, and we just keep refilling them!

Olive oil won't stop dementia but it may ease it. Coconut oil is popular for this.

There's no scientific proof yet that coconut oil (which has medium chain triglycerides) can save dying brain cells by providing an alternative source of energy.

But hey, coconut cake is tasty! While it's not a magic bullet for living forever, it can be part of a happy and healthy life.

I did read that olive oil can be useful. It has antioxidants that protect brain cells. But it won't work if a person doesn't lead a healthy lifestyle. I took up sports and even started using organic mullein drops, a friend suggested trying mullein drops and now I'm impressed. My lungs seem to have been reborn. It feels like I can breathe deeply.

They said it right, but not everyone will understand it. Often people come up, take the most beautiful bottle of oil and go to the checkout.
