Even though there was less than 1,000 blacks in California when it became a state (99% of them free men) California will no doubt set aside billions to pay blacks(because the governor needs to siphon off much of those funds into his own pocket) even though I doubt anyone in the country will be able to trace themselves to the few black slaves that were actually there.

I lived in California for 3 months, 15 years ago. My Polish grandparents barely escaped the Jewish persecution by the Nazis in WWII. I had a black girlfriend for 5 or 6 months back in 2002. I was forced to drink the Manechevicz when I was a kid, while in temple, and during every seder.

That is 30 cents per minute for the labor of doing it. That is then $18 per hour.
