bull market has resumed

...earnings....
I don't want to comment about the rest, but earnings are strong and are inline to continue at a decent clip into the first half of next year.

Don't get me wrong! I'd love for you guys to be right. It always feels better to be wrong when things go right :) .

I don't wish for the market to do this way or that way. I just try to observe it dispassionately, and trade it accordingly, knowing that I'll win some and I'll lose some. Obviously I do my best to end up ahead in my game ...

Tony (& others),

What do you think about the concept that the big bull / bear market trends are foretold by Semis, then followed by the Nasdaq, then followed by the S&P, and eventually by the DOW?

Hi!

Foretold, not sure? Impact, for sure!

The Semi's affect the NDX, which in turn affects the NAZ.

The SPX will join any party: bull or bear, which in turn affects the DOW.

Definitely linked!

I am in the same camp, although I admit that my intermediate term holdings are massively bullish.

However, intraday, I couldn't care which way it goes.
