Decimals are just another way to express fractions smarty pants. Last time I checked, 1/2 still equals .5 and so on.
However I think you mean to say, stocks are no longer quoted and traded using fractions, but instead trade using the decimal system. Hence it also makes sense for firms to charge or quote commissions using decimals because fees are now less than a penny a share to trade or in my words, a fraction of a penny.
Do you have any other rediculous comments or value to add here?

suppose among his hundred of traders he had 50 traders who averaged 200,000. shares/day . that is 1 million shares per week/trader or 50 million shares for the group. for each .001 extra he charges he grosses an extra $50,000/ week or 2.5 million/ year.
next time before you post know what u are talking about.

Your math is correct and so was mine. You get an A for that. But what is your point. Brights are in business to make money. If you can't trade within their framework and don't see value in their service than go somewhere else. No one is making you trade through Bright.

i bet bright does at least1 billion shares a month.if he even overides .003 a share thats a whopping $3 mil a month in overides or near $40 mil a yr.as they say the real moneys made with the ones providing the picks(bright) not the ones that pan for gold and strike out 99.99% of the time(the traders).

Can I execute MOC orders through Bright trading? I heard that it was difficult/impossible through Redi+. If yes, can I link my own programs through the system's API to send orders? How many orders can I send per second?
Currently I am on the Sterling platform, which sends a max of 30 orders/sec. This is a huge problem for me.
What I need from a firm:
100-200 orders/sec
75-100x leverage
<0.003 commission
I am willing to contribute $100k to my account and trade over 10 million shares per month with the above criteria. Can Bright trading or any other firms offer me this?
