There is a big fucking difference if she was living with a drug dealer or not.She was not.She nor her boyfriend had a criminal record.He legally owned a gun,which means background check.She worked as a paramedic,he was just hired at the post office.

Police and FBI were inside her apartment for days investigating the shooting.33 shots fired.They looked through the apartment for every bullet,reconstructed the shooting etc.If they found 33 bullets and reconstructed how they were all fired they would have drugs if they were there.
