Breonna Taylor sculpture smashed by vandals in California

You can be offended all you like. You can protest. You can take legal action. You can boycott and vote your convictions. What you can't do, or at least could not do previously, is take it upon yourself to destroy or remove that which offends you.
I am in general agreement. But when the authorities to which they are to protest are in charge of police forces that discriminate, and when their votes are sought to be marginalized by the Punk in Chief and his minions across the country, you'll understand if some people have a righteous conniption. Perhaps not idea, but not beyond comprehension.

Meanwhile, and I ask again, what did Breonna Taylor do to deserve such anger? I know you think you answered my question. But you didn't. You merely sidestepped it.

To my knowledge she didn't do anything, and the statue certainly didn't do anything other than exist. It's a safe bet that the destruction was racially motivated masked by some percieved injustice of who knows what.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Kenneth Walker was with Breonna Taylor that tragic night when a police raid at her apartment in the wee hours of March 13 went wrong, which ultimately led to her death and nearly seven months of protests calling for justice and the arrest of four officers in her killing.

Taylor's 27-year-old boyfriend was charged with the attempted murder of a police officer during that tragic incident. Those charges were later dismissed on May 26 after a judge dismissed the indictment without prejudice.

Walker's father said his son had just accepted a job to work at the U.S. Postal Office. Kenneth Walker does not have a criminal background.
