Is it likely corners were cut to fast track this vaccine? IMO, yes, it's safe to assume that. The real question is were some of these cut corners just bureaucracy and unnecessary redundancy, or actual procedures needed for development. Time will tell, but at the present moment we lack enough data to make any real determination.

We’ve administered millions of the phizer vaccine and seen and seen a handful of reactions, that’s actually pretty good. I haven’t seen any reports of reaction to the Moderna vaccine yet.

Also, the vaccines coming behind the mRNA vaccines are traditional weakened virus vaccines.

Precisely. My risk from the virus doesn't match the risk from the vaccine. Thus, I will not be getting the vaccine. At least not in the next year. Nor will my wife and child as their risk is even less from the virus.
