In New Jersey -- as per the article - the majority of people are successfully registering and only a small number are delayed. This is very different than Florida where the majority of the websites and phone lines are completely down.

The disconnected and sloppy roll out of the vaccines is because of lack of federal leadership. There’s a reason Truman had a “the buck stops here” sign.
