I've made the same observation about Tackleberry in the past. If he is CFO then they are an unfortunate bunch of people. But you can be CFO/CEO/CTO/Janitor of a small company. Does not mean there is a legal requirement for the title.

If you don't want to put your money where your mouth is - even after establishing criteria (your PM said it had to be a minimum $700 million company with over 500 employees, which it is) - then give it a rest.
