We really have become a banana republic. Not only do the democrats control all the media except for a couple of Fox shows, and have their own coffee chain, now they have their own shoe company. NKE is basically saying it only cares about the same people who reflexively vote democrat. They're ok with New Balance having the rest.

How that is a rational strategy escapes me. It's like they're admitting their products are not competitive and the only way they can sell them is by virtue signaling.
