That’s beyond the pale. Pat Tillman’s death was a tragic accident.
Beyond the pale? Watch out who you try to shoulder
I'll beat your ass with skinny little VZ as a warm up. I am not a conspiracy guy, I know that burning jet fuel does not melt steel but it does weaken it.
There is a difference between a retarded conspiracy theory the likes the right spew like vomit and actual concern that one of the three main possibilities was intentional homicide. Even if we may never know what actually happened we need to keep in mind that is concerning why we are stuck with that.
If you know more than his parents who still held that they did not know which of the scenarios had played out and held that murder was still a possibility, after both hearings you know more than they apparently do.
"Maybe it was an accident, probably it was an accident but..." from his father from around 2010?
There is nothing simple and straightforward here.
Beyond the mistakes of the higher-ups before, the local commanders, inexperienced troops, there was an aggressive and persistent cover-up spanning the immediate aftermath and it seems onwards.
The medical examiner however made an unusual move to cast doubt on the version of the 'tragic accident' and this was never made sense of I gather.
I was told about all of this this in 2014 as the news that one of the guys (Elliot I believe) had suggested it was him however my friend said this still did not explain the medical examiners findings as he was too far away.
So not "beyond the pale" and your emphatic reduction to 'tragic accident' is quite open to ridicule Destriero.
I have not spent hours looking at this. Other than some quick detail checking I'm going on the outline of my buddy who is a very old-school serious man and was a Master Sergeant in the Rangers at the time. But he is someone I would trust.
