Doesn't have to be CRIMES that Podesta committed. Just evidence of wrong doing enough to lose Hillary the election. Or to get Debbie to resign as head of the DNC. Or to prove rigging of the primaries. That's all, and it worked.
But I do note your inability to show any cases at all where a memo from the FBI alone convicted anyone of any crime at all.

Wrongful termination?
Reminds me of when Hillarity fired the entire White House Travel staff in the first few weeks of the Clinton presidency, leading to "Travelgate", which led to an endless investigation that led to other things. Her husband, Bill, was impeached on other things. But she escaped with a few well-placed lies, including lies that destroyed the former head of the WH travel staff for no good reason.
This is not the same kind of situation at all.
How about wrongful investigation.
If FBI is staff, i would think that any one of them could be fired for wrongful investigation.
If not, they are NOT staff.

Exactly, Bill was impeached for obstruction of justice as should Trump. In fact, what Trump did is almost similar to what Nixon did - so says the Nixon prosecutors.
And Hillary was investigated for years for Travelgate, what came of it? What did Starr say?
And finally, when did Trump administration say that Comey conducted a wrongful investigation? Show me your sources, follow your own standard.

Trump said Comey was not doing a good job. The FBI investigates, either rightly, or wrongly. That's all they do, it's all they can be judged on. The deputy AG said as much in his recommendation.
There is no comparison here. This was done in daylight. Travelgate started in the dark.
Perhaps Comey should be investigated for wrongful investigation.
We may well find that he is guilty of OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, which is a good reason to fire a "staff" member.
