It's good you guys have come out of the dark from the weeping and gnashing of teeth over the election and feel a little better. Maybe if you're not so miserable, you'll let everyone else be less miserable from your griping. There sure will be a lot less rioting, arson and the like if you guys aren't so wound up.

Of course, I'm not sure you guys thought this through beyond the circus. There's an enormous amount of work to be done if you want to get Trump to actually leave (or be removed) from the Presidency. And even if you do, you leave Pence in charge (which, as I think more and more about it, might be the best thing). Pence would then have a much greater chance of staying in power in 4 years.
 
If this is an impeachable offence, then why didn't Comey tell the DOJ?

Hasn't Comey implicated himself by keeping this secret?
 
Using the Comey/Clinton standard any case against Trump must be dropped. While there may have been some wrong doing, there was no "intent" to obstruct justice. Just a couple guys having a conversation which can be interpreted one way or another based upon ones political bias. Next problem.
 
BOMBSHELL! More like a nuclear blast! There has been nothing like it since the big bang, and even that wasn't a threat to democracy. I fear the republic may not be able to withstand this feeding frenzy. Trump better be careful, the media just can't handle information unless it is sterilized into PC soundbites first. We've never had a leader that talks like the people who actually voted for him. Haven't checked in a while, how is the NYT handling all this, are they ok?

Except intent is established on what's said, not just what's done.

If there was record of Clinton saying that 'I know this is classified, but let me keep it on my private server either way' then that establishes intent.

Clinton wasn't stupid to say something like that and let alone to the guy investigating her.

Trump is stupid and he fucked himself.

If it was just couple of guys having a conversation then why did Comey make a record of it and filed into the criminal/administrative file. When couple of guys simply have a conversation, do you make a record of it? Really? Tell me the last time you did that and filed it?
