I'm considering quitting ET when bitcoin hits $100K, until then, everyone has a chance to tell me I told you so if btc crashes before then![]()
Why do that? Then you won't be around if and when BTC reaches 200K, 500, 1 mil.

Guess I struck a nerve. LOL

Out of curiosity, how many of you guys do you think are waiting to cash out at 100k? Can BTC really absorb all that selling?@Illini Trader I hope you're doing well, my friend. Yea, can't believe we're still having to defend being bitcoin hodlers and believers when bitcoin is priced at ~$60K!!!
These haters have no shame and won't admit they are wrong

Its like real estate. If all of a sudden mortgage forbearance ends, and all the houses that are underwater get listed on the market at the same time, the flood of inventory will severely drop the prices. Who cares if a house on a street is selling for 1 million if 5 pop up all within a few blocks.
So if 100k is some magic number that everyone is watching, are there really enough buyers at this level to allow you to cash out within a few thousands of this level, or once we hit 98 or 99k, will it be an instant drop of at least 25%?
I find that for confirmation of a bear market, you usually need something like a lower low. Of course each person has a different assessment, but usually its already after a good correction. For stocks, many say 20%, but with crypto being so volatile, 20% is nothing. Clearly the best time to sell is on a high, but confirmation usually happens after some low is broken. So are you able to add any more insight? I don't think you mean wait for a 50% crash that doesn't recover.Bear market confirmation is my sell signal, how do I know we're there, I'll follow some well known indicators known and shared by cryptos investors as well as my own assessment of fundamentals and price action

I can read, although I'm not so sure about you. Your parents related? Maybe at least one answers to "Good doggie!"?
Because I asked you for legitimate theses and facts against BTC/crypto and you instead give me a reason that ad hominem begets ad hominem, trying to justify your position while devolving this conversation to nothing more than personal insults.
If you are melting down, I suggest not being a snowflake.
What's your contribution to this discussion? Exactly, nothing. In the last 3-4 years the level of trash on ET has increased tremendously. Now continue banging your fists on the table while chanting "bitcoin, bitcoin, bitcoin". That's right on your level.
