Blockbuster Tell All Book Reveals What Sank Christie

Quote from Pekelo:

In the last 6 presidential elections 5 times most of the people voted Democrat... Explain that away...

Ok.
Democrat voters:
- mislead sheep, with likely mental issues, not having the ability to think for themselves, but wanting to tell others how they have to think, and act.
- the dead like voting for dems
- blacks like voting 5-6 times for Onazi even though more than one vote is illegal.
- the msm doesn't report the real news, yet has a sick love affair with dems

You need more explaination?

Quote from fhl:

What's i find interesting is when there are more votes cast than registered voters.

You would discriminate against dead voters? How undemocratic! Next you will demand the undead voters show ID.

Chicago will simply be shocked.

Quote from Pekelo:

Let's stay on the topic of Christie, Dems decided not even fight him today at the election booths:

Nah, the one that states that people don't like the Republican message is just fine... That happens to be the real explanation...

No shit! The republican message has been ignored by the msm who has a slobbering love affair with the democommunists. Sheep will be sheep, and mindlessly follow.

Quote from AAAintheBeltway:

So pekelo, since you are such an elections expert, do you think Romney would have fared better or worse if he had:

.............

Just asking.

Honestly, I don't think Romney had a chance no matter what. Since he invested so much time and money in the previous election already, he kind of had to run according to logic and tradition. But he had 2 big things against him from the Republican base:

1. Being Mormon. I would say he easily lost a very decent size of the Republican voters who simply wouldn't vote for a Mormon and rather just sit the election out and not vote for anyone.

2. The Mas. healthcare system. Another decent chunk of Republican voters could see him as a Democrat light.

Could the Reps beat Obama with another candidate? Hard to tell. Maybe Rubio with a viable female VP pick. I think you guys need a YOUNG, possibly Latino oriented candidate and use the VP position to extend the choices (female or black or Latino) instead of 2 white, old rich guys running.

I actually guessed correctly, but the non-voters is kind of a non-issue:

1. We don't know whom they would vote for. We can just presume that they are represented correctly anyway with the voting block, so they wouldn't change the election.

2. It is mostly their fault not voting. They could still throw away their vote just to make a point if they wish.

3. It is also the system's fault, because basicly no viable 3rd party candidate can win. So if we assume that these non-voters would have voted for a 3rd and 4th parties, that still might not effect the outcome anyway...

Can't say I disagree about 1 and 2.

The book makes the point that Romney could not seem to grasp that voters were not impressed by his private equity resume. Frankly, I wasn't either. We know what PE is all about. Buy up companies, asset strip them, load them with debt, then IPO them. Not exactly Henry Ford or Steve Jobs stuff.

Romney would have made a good chief of staff for a president. As a cadidate, he had major shortcomings.
