Birthers Hail Judge’s Decision That Could “Depose” Obama

Quote from cgroupman:

Nice read, and of course it has all the bashing expected from the extreme right. Granted, it is from an Obama supporter at Newsweek, but the reason I think it's worth reading, is that even the most staunch Obama supporter is timid in listing his accomplishments. I guess it's just plain fear of the right, too bad.

I fit into the somewhat demoralized independents, who wished for more. Things like Gitmo etc. But it's nice to see some support for what has been done.

Of course they'll start by shooting the messenger, but us moderates might like to review it.

"The right calls him a socialist, the left says he sucks up to Wall Street, and independents think he's a wimp. Andrew Sullivan on how the president may just end up outsmarting them all. "

Look at your troll bullshit. You could just as easily say there is little if anything which differentiates us from China...

except for a thing called the U.S. Constitution.

Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as president of the United States:
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

So what is it that would make an american, born on american soil by an american mother, anything else but a natural born american citizen. Having lived at home for fourteen years and reached the age of 35, how would they not be eligible for President.

As a birther troll , will you be needing the Supreme Court to define the words Constitution President and United States too?

I do not need to do anything.

There is a court in Georgia taking this issue up right now. I just want the constitution to be honored. All candidates should prove they are eligible for the office they seek before they get on the upcoming ballot. I do not know why any american would be against that... unless they are an obama loon.

As for NBC, I have provided you evidence that NBC may be defined as someone born to parents who are not citizens of another nation.
If you were the founders and you were concerned about a future president having ties to the king of England that would be a pretty good filter. Will the court choose that definition or another, I do not know. I would just like to see them set a precedent.

As I told you before I hope Obama can prove he is NBC. I prefer him on the ballot to Hillary.

Come off it. Your position is bogus.
The law already states what eligibility is required.

As a birther loon I can appreciate that you wouldn't know why any american would be against another american's child, born on US soil, being defined by the Supreme Court as anything other than a natural born citizen.....and why you'd look for "guidance" on such things.

You are constantly a full of shit troll. And you are wrong about my position just like you have been wrong about the law.

If after reviewing evidence the court finds Obama an NBC, that will be fine with me.
