This is getting funnier (or more sad depending on pov) all the time. As far as I can tell, I'm one of the few Americans who is ashamed of how the forefathers stole the lands from the natives. One of the few who hates the way they were locked away. One of the few who clearly (as an strong agnostic) is against a religious "conversion" of any sort.

I've been a strong proponent (with voice and vote) of Indian casinos and any other program to help return natives to self-sufficiency. After all, I own a home on an indian reservation and see their sad state daily (you ignorant moron).

I denounce *publicly* the historic treatment in this country of blacks, chinese, natives, etc. I regularly state that this country was not founded on "Christian principles" as most like to spew, but rather on the principle - "let's steal from and exploit the weak". SHAME ON US!!

Sorry, no deal. You can stop talking to me but I will post and respond whenever I like. It's true that you had in the past apologized for your posts. It certainly shows that you have the courage many others lack. But your foul mouthed personal attacks do not help your cause.

I do not doubt the truthfulness of the story that a 7 year old girl died. What is sad in this story is that she is being used for propaganda purpose. And you are a tool in it, willingly or not. Although there are many anecdotal stories of people died of pain induced shock, none has been documented in scientific medical studies. Like I said before, the real cause of death could have been other factors such as loss of blood, existing heart conditions, other medical conditions complicated by the surgery, etc. Pain induced shock is the easy one because it absolves the doctor of any liability, blaming it on the Israelis instead. Second it is a perfect propaganda story. Because of the anecdotal evidence that pain can cause death, people are ready to believe it. It has the emotional appeal. And even better, Israelis have absolutely no way to counter it. Just perfect.

Honestly, don't you think the doctor should have shouldered a large portion of the blame? Given that he knew there was no anesthesia, if there was a chance that death was one possible complication, wouldn't he have discussed it with the family? Or even decide not to operate? My guess is that the doctor never considered that death due to pain was a possibility.

PS I can also assure you that the only reason the palestinian/arab media is not exploiting this story is because it's too absurd even for their taste (just like the story about 7 alive hijackers is).
