No. I have spoke to the head of psychology and his team at our university and the entire team there agrees that Trump is bluster, not a case of narcissism. What I was told by experts, is that a narcissist doesn't care about other people and their welfare and Trump clearly does care. As for Obama though, they told me that it was clear that Obama only cares about himself and is the true narcissist.
