Here we have an official report clearly stating in no uncertain terms that Bidens cognitive skills are clearly diminished, he is incapable of holding rational conversations due to an inability to remember past events, or even current events. Let us not forget the most important thing. Joe Biden has the launch codes for US nuclear missiles. They made a big deal when President Donald Trump was in power that he was at risk of launching a nuclear war? These idiots come out of all sorts of dumb narratives only extreme liberals lap up and believe. Joe Biden also, is funding a proxy war in Ukraine versus Russia, a war with Houthis, Hezbollah and Iran and one more to fill the buffet plate, war with China over Taiwan. Is anyone left in the White House who believes Joe Biden is a danger to himself and the entire US for that matter? He should be the one disqualified for being mentally unfit, not President Donald Trump. Remove Joe Biden's name from the ballot.
 
This report is worse than a conviction. Basically, Mr Hur is saying, yeah he took the documents and should have known better (heck he's only been in the govt for 46 of the past 50 years) but he is not mentally stable enough to be tried.
It's sad and pathetic. I can't believe his wife is letting him do this. Take a bow Joe, you've done enough.
 
I think Trumps biggest legal threat is being convicted in the documents case. This makes that much more difficult.

Actually, no, the report is t bad at all. The report shows Biden is cooperative and forthcoming. The comments about being elderly and forgetful are bad.

eh...I dunno about that. I think everyone expected Joe to skate because no one at these levels is held to account for what amounts to accidental fuckups. Trump's intentions w/said documents and the type of documents is as damning as the obstruction.

Problem is, Joe skating on "no jury will convict this old fool" just gave Donald a pass on the most damaging of his indictments.

That’s the narrative people seized on but the real reason they chose not to prosecute was the cooperation and forthcoming. I took the time and read through the report.
