Yeah, not quite. We have a electorate where almost half believe in election fraud, the lies of the power hungry masterful at the confidence game and refusing to accept anything that can shake their belief of the righteousness of whom they have placed their faith.
Higher education while interpreted by blue collar as a vocational training, is a pursuit of the basic social contract enshrined in the Constitution; “…. Life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
Unless one is exposed to ideas and people fundamentally different than their up-bringing, as a nation we chain ourselves to repeating the injustices documented in history.

There is room for debate around this and all issues, but this article- in my never-humble opinion- is structured in a politically motivated and jaundiced way.
The headline immediately pits Trump against Biden which is the media's preferred way of structuring all issues. So, in this instance, for example, the reader can immediately see that being against it is a Trump position and "I know Trump is Ultra-Maga and an asshole so therefore I go with Biden's view."
Not once does the article point out that- before she became born again on this issue- Nancy Pelosi was adamantly opposed to idea that the President has the authority to cancel debt and that it would be a usurping and encroachment upon legislative branch to do so. Not going to post the videos of her saying this. Y'all have seen them or they are there to be seen.
So, the article could have as easily been "Nancy Pelosi was substantially incorrect.........."
But that does not work for the purpose of the article, does it?
What we have here with Biden's legal argument is a clear example of Biden talking out of both sides of his mouth. He relies upon the covid "emergency" to use emergency powers authorized under an Act intended to offer relief to soldiers called to duty after 9/11. And all while he is doing that he is out talking to the media about how he fixed the covid epidemic and we are no longer in an emergency so go vote democrat.
