I actually think you’re wrong about the main feature at the dem convention. I agree the expectations were the main feature would be the Hollywood types and show but it turned out to be Biden.
What they do with that is to be seen.
All of the events associated with a campaign like debates are going to be hyper inflated this cycle because getting out and getting out and packing in rallies will be depressed.
Frank Luntz thinks the GOP will shift to an economic message for their convention. I don’t think that’s a good idea. The economic fallout of Covid is squarely on Trump’s shoulders and talking about the economy will circle itself right back to Trump. I think most people now understand that public health policies and economic policies are inseparable.

Not to worry. Most likely he will get into other topics as well. Other issues that the dem convention also avoided assiduously. Such as the collapse of American cities from radicals, looters, and thugs - in other words, Democrats.
