In case this is your first time at the rodeo cowboy, I will point out that candidates have to make the kill in actual voting in the primaries, not in the polls. Joe is not taking anyone down in Iowa and NH. Joe gonna get clobbered there. Then he will have some gains in SC and Nevada which will undercut BootyBoy, just making the point that it is all a mess.

Also saying Biden is going to get clobbered in IA and NH is not a sound prediction. Biden can absolutely win both and if he does the primary is over because it represents Biden has enough support from white voters to propel him to the nomination without a brokered convention.

As to Buttigieg, relax. Let’s see how he fares under the spotlight. These surges have a way fading after voters start looking deeper. We’ll see.

Look, your understanding of the dem primary and dem voters is limited. You keep making these arguments that are more appropriate in a Republican primary.

Buttigieg is a beneficiary of Warren’s fall and truthfully some good old fashioned retail politics in IA. Biden took down Warren and a lot Buttigieg supporters are Biden supporters.

Buttigieg was smart enough to read the room early and got off the m4a train early before it crashed him. In a lot of ways he mimics Biden and has a more polished approach that appeals to a certain type of snooty dem voter. No harm there. I hope he keeps those voters away from the Warren/Sanders side of things for the time being.

He will make his play in SC starting this week with a substantial ad buy and swing through. Good let’s see what he can do with it. I will say this, it most likely is an exercise in futility but he needs some traction among black voters if he really is going to be viable. We’ll see.

This dem race is going to come down ideology with four leading candidates this time instead of three, which is common for democrats - moderate or incrementalists vs. leftists or revolutionists.

Also, there is about ~17% up for grabs below the top four that will be moving, some time after IA and a lot after NH that will play a big role too. But as is common knowledge after S.C. will be when the dem primary will become most clear.

Again, this argument is more appropriate in a Republican primary. Just because Biden took down Warren doesn’t necessarily mean her former supporters are now his. It just means he won the larger debate and exposed her as a weak candidate. He is stronger for it.

I don’t expect you to understand the democrats, what I’m trying my best to convey is Biden won his bout with Warren and that shows strength.

Now, you may not like that because you’ve made so many predeterminations but it’s true. If Warren couldn’t stand up and come out on top vs Biden then Biden is the stronger candidate for democrats in the general.
