Bid/Ask volume on Topstep combine DOM is not accurate

When I connected Topstep (via Rithmic) account using Motivewave platform, their bid/ask volume on DOM doesn't match with my other AMP futures Rithmic account's DOM. Their volume is much bigger than real one. The asset I traded was /NG (natural gas). Is this a known issue?

There must be something in your settings. Otherwise these differences are not explainable.

I failed Topstep combine test and cannot access Topstep account anymore unfortunately.....

Apex is cheaper because of their almost non stop discounts, not better.

I think I have figured this out myself. Unlike non-professional trader's Rithmic account, Topstep has to charge $39/m for level2 data (because now we are considered as a professional?). If I don't pay for it, DOM in my Motivewave displays fake bid/ask volumes except best bid/ask.
