Still at 182 lbs, but fat seems to be coming off my belly area now en-masse. Thank gawd, I thought it would never happen. I am 80% of the way to looking decent in clothes (I look good in them now by the only metric that counts, the opposite sex, but I have higher standards for myself), and about nine months from more ambitious goals.
My legs are getting too thin - I need to start worrying about them.
Too few people focus on legs -- I love to see guys with skinny legs...I always think about how bad I could rip their knee joints with a nice muay thai kick
