Bernie and his crew of millennial socialist followers are all about the free stuff. Their degrees in gender studies are not paying the bills.

I don't root against most Democrats anymore because of Bernie. Their downfall is a step forward for Bernie. This is also why I don't have a problem with a Biden victory. A Biden victory will let Democrats know that you don't have to go full socialist to win in the post-Trump era.

Well, they gotta do whatever they gotta do. I have no idea how they are going to make chickensoup out of chickenshit- but if they dont find better candidates somewhere mighty soon, they are going to find that the aforementioned "post-Trump era" is going to be another five years down the road.

My view of who is going to be is on the record so I will not recycle it. If Biden can survive the challenge from Warren, I will not weasel around and will put points up on the board for him, and then put my helmet on to prepare for his presidency. But I dunno, I reserve the right to just commit hari kari- rather than see that clown sworn in.

I think the Dems know full socialist is a losing platform. Bernie is just energizing young Democrats but they dont hold all the power. Bernie cannot get elected only talking about not taking.money fron WALLStreet or free college. A prez has to address national economic issues, trade, intl relations with other leaders/countries, etc. All shit Bernie ignored and never cares about in detail.

That is why he gets a lot of press early but when the real global and domestic issues are brought to the table he is a lightweight more so than the others.

That is why he will never get the party nomination because Trump will destroy him in debates about global issues. Trump is a bumbling idiot but because of past 3 years he can lie and throw out what he has done with Russia, N Korea, Iran, Europe etc. and Bernie will still be grumbling like an old man sending back soup in a restaurant.

I will go out on a limb and say Bernie will be disruptive but have no power or chance to get the nomination because free shit only gets support from far left voters ALREADY locked in to vote. The whole clown show is just imploding on itself and is out of control such that a few freshman congresswomen are getting all the press and the true leaders are being ignored.

This is a clear sign the Dem party is still.floundering for identity and cohesion

Even though I have taken a position on Biden, I acknowledge room for debate and disagreement. But Bernie? No. I dont think anyone outside of Camp Bernie- even in lefty punditville is seriously thinking that Bernie is going to be the nominee. That's a trade I am prepared to short anytime and bigly.
