Any time anyone makes a statement such as:
"They can not prove there is no Creator. "
It's all the evidence you need that they have never learned to think critically, and there is no point in debating with them.

People who challenge others to prove a negative, simply are ignorant of rational, logical, critical thinking.

Prove im not god. Its impossible. Therefore jem should just accept this as fact and bow down to me.

Of course he wont because his thinking is clearly irrational and inconsistent. Why argue with the brainwashed? It just wastes everyone time. These threads are a waste of time. You cant de-brain-wash someone who has been religiously institutionalized their entire life and cant think for themselves.

I point out:

1. Science has no idea what happened just after, during and before the big bang... therefore science does not pretend to have competence to tell us whether there was a creator or not. Therefore no one can state there is no creator.

2. Saying there may have been a creator is not the same as saying there are unicorns.

3. Noble winning scientists say there is evidence of design.

I am not making atheists prove a negative -- I am saying they are fricken idiots for trying. Get it.

If you do not see the difference you are not logical.

This would be like me asserting that some really tiny faction of christians with some particularly strange belief represent all christians, and thus claim that "christians" assert "insert stupid thing here".

There are 2 types of atheists. Atheists who assert there is no god, represent the smallest/tiniest fraction of all atheists.

Im an atheist, and I dont assert god does not exist. I simply dont believe in god, unicorns and other fucking stupid fairytales simply because there is no evidence and that is the only rational conclusion. Get it moron?

I would say 95,96,97,98,99% of atheists simply lack belief. Look up implicit atheism, and weak atheism. Strong atheists are very rare, and in fact, ive never even met one. Stupid theists never seem to know this.

Also, research the difference between agnosticism and atheism because they are not mutually exclusive as your posts have implied, proving yet again, your are an ignorant brain washed idiot, of the usual kind.

I have no patience for drivel from brainwashed people. You have clearly shown you are in no position to even debate this topic. You are ignorant of the definitions and lack the critical thinking skills to even debate this. I suggest some college classes in critical thinking and philosophy. Until then, dont partake in such debates, it only makes you look dumb as dirt. Im done with this crap. when you look up the definition of atheism in the large majority of recognized dictionaries - atheism is defined as the disbelief of God. and the 2 the doctrine that there is no God.

You are apparently confused as to what atheism is -- perhaps you are an agnostic. A position which is intellectually respectable.

I would dispute the 'immorality' part of the defnition. Our (atheists) are NOT immoral. In fact ours is the highest form of morality based on what is right. Not for the allure of heavenly riches or fear of the pains of hell.

Definition #1 gives the definition of both types of atheists but does not give a percentage breakdown of implicit/weak versus strong atheists.

I only know a few atheists and they all have one thing in common. They seem to be the sort that would pop a blood vessel over a dictionary, degrees of atheism and/or various points that no on else can seem "to get it right".

Atheists assert God does not exist.

An atheist cannot believe there is no God and also claim they do not assert that God does not exist. If you believe there is no God, then you believe there is no God PERIOD.

Agnostics have doubts that God exists
