Going back to the original post and just a quick mention on the movie. I actually met the people responsible for making the movie while they were making it and wanted to just say that if they did not have the backing of a really really rich guy - this film would not have been finished because some of their philosophies were not in line with the realities of filmmaking. I can't say much more than that.
However - I will say this: I wanted to like this movie. I'm on the west coast, I really do believe in some of these ideas... I really do believe that if you know what you want, you are more likely to get it.... However... I have to say that I hated this movie with a passion because it told lies.... or should I say told an unbalanced view of reality just as much as Fox News.
There are countless websites i'm sure listing the problems, but I'll point to a couple.
1. That emotion changing water experiment was never recreated by anyone who ever tried it and it is widely believed it was a departing message from the now deceist scientist. A signature art project of sorts.
2. All of the physicists but one interviewed are believers and followers of Ramtha - that is the person channeled by the blonde woman in the video... This isn't divuldged but it seems quite... pertinent. The one physicist that is not has gone on record saying he felt all his comments were taken out of context to support what they believe when he was trying to be more balanced in his actual interview and speak of ideas.
3. That story about the Indian medicine man who saw the ships while no one else did is another one of those old stories which has been proven to not be true from just about any possible angle.
The list goes on.
That said... I really think it's great that people are making something which encourages positivity and is encouraging people to get in touch with how what they believe does affect their reality... I just think they've taken it way too far into the realm of fantasy and even worse, deceit.
In the end, I'm not sure if their intentions are to share new ideas or lay some groundwork for the Ramtha belief system.
