Bay Area Real Estate Market

I am so happy out here that I couldn't care less if someone chooses not to live here, or has a "distorted" view of the quality of life here.

The view from the Berkeley and Piedmont Hills is unparalleled.

The Diablo Valley in the East Bay is absolutely wonderful. Of course, I remember when it was a bit "quieter" being a native and such, but Orinda, Lafayette, Alamo, Danville, and parts of Walnut Creek are simply exquisite.

In fact, I think I'll go for a hike up Mt. Diablo right now.

having lived in the bay area for the most part of 30 years and travelled most all of the world, i can say that it definately is one of the most desirable places in the world. i live in Danville and although there have been many changes (i.e traffic, overcrowded freeways, etc.) you cannot beat the quality of lifestyle. today i went for a hike on Mt. Diablo. tommorrow i'm going "spring" skiing
at Kirkwood, and if the weather holds the day after, I think I'll head out Stinson.

hard to beat that in my opinion.

The price appreciation in Corona is amazing. But that's what's happening in the entire Riverside County.

People are now realizing RC is the last affordable area in Southern CA before going into the high deserts. Increasing at over 30%, it won't be affordable for very long.
