Ok, here's an idea for you, Baron:

Why not simply check if ZPest's trolling and resinate's 'moderating' is <b>coming from the same ip address?</b>

At least then you'll know whether ZTroll is moderating by proxy, or if he's been given the keys, and is moderating directly.

Care to check?

Z10 and res spend 6 1/2 hours in the chatroom. All Z10 has to do is tell res about what he believes is an impropriety to himself in realtime in the chatroom and it is even better than hitting the complain button.

My guess is that what most people should do is to use the complain button more, or engage res in the chatroom in the same way to see if they get the same result assuming they are in the right.
