Australia's worst mass shooting in 22 years

That was tough to read - especially about the children. Family dynamics can get to be so toxic. Look at marriages - the first homicide suspect is always the spouse. It has always bewildered me as to how blood relatives can get to the point of violence like that against each other.
 
Seriously, seek help.

Well, to be fair - the media, Hollywood, pundits, gun control advocates and politicos have held out the Australian example on high as the ultimate utopian solution for America.

That’s why if the left is truly serious about actually controlling guns instead of scoring political points and raising PAC money - they would invoke Article 5 and bring legislation to Committe and the Floor to formally repeal the 2nd Amendment.
 
Works the other way too.

The state that I grew up in had- at the time- the highest gun ownership in the country and the lowest crime rate- an inconvenient truth.

But a few weeks ago they had their first killing of an officer in 30 years.

Pretty much a regular ocurrence here on the Left Coast.
