I ask it that way because, as we know, google is currently on a rampage withdrawing advertising etc from conservative sites, such as the Federalist, unless they remove the comment section from their articles.

Tens of millions of encounters with police every year, nine unarmed black men killed. Fifty total for the year of all races. Quite literally a one in a million occurence. Yes, I would call that rare.
