There is no claim that police are just randomly shooting unarmed, innocent, doing nothing Blacks, jsut that they are being killed at a higher rate for non-lethal offenses.

You should be APPALLED that someone is killed over a traffic ticket or misdemeanor by police. Someone resisting arrest is not even committing a crime punishable by death by Blacks will be killed more often than whites for that very offense. We can post numerous comparitable examples..

But since innocent unarmed people are not being killed all is good I guess

The thing that has become someone vexing and problematic over time is that the demographics of many of these police forces and criminal justice systems have changed bigtime. In past decades it was always alleged that some of these problems can only be fixed by having black people in power. But you take a city like Atlanta, it now has a police force that is almost 60% black, has a black mayor, a black police chief (before resigning) and a black district attorney.

No punchline here. Just sayin, that just throwin more skin color at the problem is apparently not the solution. Probably helped but is not at the core of the problem.

I was driving into my office about two years ago when a cop pulled me over. Mind you now I’m regular looking white guy in a newer car. The officer comes along the passenger side of my car crouched with his hand on his gun. When the stop was over I asked why he approached me like that and he said he doesn’t know if I had a weapon.

The fact that people are killed so often in America by police is because of there being so many guns. The police have no idea who is carrying so they are trained to assume all are carrying.

Stop after stop, incident after incident builds up stress and anxiety on the police to the point some lose the proper judgment for the job.

Oh now we're talking about harassment. I'm talking about unjust and illegal shot by a cop, two entirely different things.
Now define harassment. Stopped by cop for no good reason, might be harassment. Stopped by cop for a reason and take an attitude of racism just because you're black and cop is white? Take your black privilege to the court, maybe they'll buy the bullshit.

The problem with policing is there are too many human biases and practically
involuntary (reptilian brain stuff) actions that become impossible to weed out.

For example cop is having a bad day, maybe fought with the wife. Gets a call,
perp struggles, kicks the cop, maybe a little spit flew in his face. Cop upper cuts perp with
baton after handcuffs are on.

This kind of thing will never be possible to get rid of until robots become police.

Its like saying you can only have 5 potato chips, but yeah just keep the bag next to you.

of our country and without it, we have anarchy. The're not thinking these things..

He thinks, leave me alone I'm just a poor guy living my life and doing what i need to do
to get by (theft, drug sales, use, etc). I don't need some white man having authority
over me, my life is hard enough.

Then the rage and anger kicks in (I just want to be left alone) and bam, resist resist.

Its reverting back to child like behavior. Kick and scream, not getting the ice
cream, thats all i want!

Maybe, but I don't have sympathy in someone knowingly breaking the law and then resisting arrest once they are caught.
