We have random mass shootings unlike any other country on the planet. It doesn't matter what neighborhood you live in, what your socioeconomic status is, or who you associate with in those cases. They shoot up grocery stores, places of worship, malls, schools, etc often in affluent places.

Agreed. It's a grab bag of rules and regulations. All contrary to the 2nd Amendment, of course, which says "right to bear arms shall not be infringed". Aren't all of these state laws "infringements" on 2A?
