Are there verifiable TA strategies with high win-rate?

I meant 50% win rate like a coin flip. Can indicators be shown to either consistently improve or worsen win rate of a strategy which should be ideally be 50/50?

Yes. I can also admit that higher win rate is easier to follow the strategy. So your results would be closer to the strategy its outcome, instead of following a strategy for example that has only a 30% win rate. But this is more psychological, but also important or to factor in when looking for profitable strategies.
